Brant A. McCoy
About
Brant A. McCoy concentrates his practice in plaintiff’s personal injury, plaintiff’s probate and trust litigation, probate administration, and estate planning. He advises and represents individuals, families, and fiduciaries in matters of substantial personal and financial consequence, bringing a disciplined, strategic approach to each engagement.
Mr. McCoy received his undergraduate degree from Truman State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
Mr. McCoy also serves as an ethics investigator for the Johnson County Ethics and Grievance Committee and currently serves Secretary of the Probate Section of the Johnson County Bar Association. His professional accomplishments have also been recognized through his selection to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Super Lawyers.
His practice is defined by careful judgment, meticulous preparation, and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, effective representation in complex personal injury, probate, trust, and estate matters.
